In this business we tend to make more presentations than we end up building or installing.  
Sometimes it's a matter of a customer dreaming bigger than their budget,
sometimes it's just a dream for which we would like to find a home,
and sometimes we were even foiled by hurricanes,
but regardless, we end up with drawings and plans that
cost us considerable amounts of time and money and then are never used.
