Institutional Accounts
Academic institutions and municipal libraries in the US may
apply
for a Sheet Music Plus Institutional Account. This account allows you
to pay by invoice, as well as receive monthly statements of your
purchases. You may also share the account with several of your fellow
staff members.
An institutional account offers:
- The option to pay by invoice.
- Monthly purchase summary statements.
- Account-sharing among several staff members.
How to Create an Institutional Account
To set up an institutional account, please complete the
Institutional Account Application Form below and fax it to
510-420-7190. We will email you when the processing is complete (within
5 business days). If you cannot download the PDF file, email us at invoices@sheetmusicplus.com
so we can email or fax a form to you.

How to Use Your Institutional Account
Once you place your purchases in the cart, proceed to checkout
by
entering your account email and password in the Express Checkout
fields. If you choose to pay by invoice, we will mail you an invoice
when we ship your package. Payment is due within 30 days from when we
mail the invoice.
How to Place a Purchase Order Before Submitting Your
Institutional
Account Application Form
If you would like to place an order before
submitting your
Institutional Account Application Form, select payment method "check or
money order" during the checkout process. When you fill out your
Institutional Account Application Form, enter the order number you
would like charged to your pending account. Your order will be approved
once we approve your account.
